Thoughts: PRE Running Man 175

From the preview, it looks like they'll be having another court trial with new guests with a new twist.  The guilty versus the chasers is what it seems like.  Not really sure if it will be the same with a defendant like the one episode where they'd be in court but maybe they're all guilty for something and needs to find clues so that they could prove that they're not guilty.  It also looks like they're teamed up into two groups by the way they have two colored suits.  But you may never know, Running Man never seems to stop entertaining me since episode 1!

Thoughts: Running Man 174 [Spoiler]

Simple missions that you'd think require problem solving but it just needs a person who'd think out of the box.  That's what this episode was about.  It was surprising how the result would be like because it wasn't expected but all in all, the show still delivers in the weekly entertainment I have anticipated for.  With guests Bo-ra (Sistar), Han Hye-jin, Lee Seung-gi, the teams were divided by twos.  Starting off with the swimming pool chairs, it was funny how the Running Men saw it the first mission.

The missions looked easy enough to do but how they started off with little hints as Ji Suk-jin, HaHa, and Kang Gary got the first important hints to start it off.  They had to find the first location using the number they were given.  All teams managed to find the bus station with the number 14-357 which started the next series of missions.  Every team had to predict how many passengers would go off the bus in that stop while they were piggy-back riding.

If they failed, they have to squat 5 times with their partner and if they passed, they went directly to the next mission, where the location was HaHa's shop.

Here they had to pick a card with a corresponding number on it, and they have to finish that many hot potatoes in under 1 minute.  Hilarious to see how they tried doing it the first time but as I am a fan of potatoes, I guess it's really hard to eat a very hot potato that just came out of the steamer.

They all went to the next mission, where they had to pick three people from the crowd to participate with them.  A big hula-hoop was rolled and all five team members have to jump over it while it rolls.  Funny how Kwang Soo sabotaged all of the challenges made and Gary had to endure a two-time accident due to Kwang Soo trying to make the other teams fail.  Funny how Song Ji-Hyo came and clobbered him, as well as the Tiger Kim Jong Kook.  

They all gathered at the last location where they were given a hint and need to unlock a door with the prize with a number combination.  I guess I won't reveal who won in this episode because it was really unexpected.  But funny because of how the members were teasing the winner til the last second of the show.   Til next week, Hwaiting!

Thoughts: PRE Running Man 174

From seeing the preview of Running Man 174, it looks like another riddle solving episode involving numbers and if they can't decode it, they disappear one by one.  Not sure how the missions will look like but I think it they would be grouped into partners first then the last mission is an individual race.  Guests Lee Seung Gi, Yoon Bora and Han Hye Jin look amazing and I'm looking forward to seeing it next week.  Til then, hwaiting!

Thoughts: Running Man 173

This week's episode of Running Man starts with the continuation from last time. Running Man cast with Suzy and Ryu Hyun Jin heads out to find hidden pillows however some who don't find it would have to clean up and do dishes that they used in episode 172.  Ryu Hyun Jin is adorable as he continues to help out Suzy in some missions, even blushes whenever they try to make them look like a couple.  I thought they'd be a cute couple if they really went out but I don't know if Ryu Hyun Jin or Suzy already have someone else.

Thoughts: PRE Running Man 173

From the preview I saw on Running Man 173, it looks like we are getting another taste of Running Man Baseball with Superpowers!  And we also get a new set of guests, not sure if they're baseball players as well or actors but new guests are good to see now and then to spice up the show.

There isn't much detail about the next episode but we can probably enjoy the recent one (RM 172) and hope that 173 will bring another set of laughter to our doorstep.

From what I saw, there was a superpower that brings the outer walls closer for easier homeruns, a baseball throw that lights up into fire and disappears, and acupuncture mats from one base to another (funny how they tried to run across and immediately give up with a face of pain.  Not that I like seeing others having pain but it's all good for the variety type humor.  Also saw a big baseball and other stuff that I might have missed.  If you like Running Man, we can all say together til this episode shows.  1...2...3 Hwaiting!

Thoughts: Running Man 172 [SPOILER]

In this week's installment of Running Man comes with great value of entertainment as we see the continuation of Running Man vs EXO.  I'm excited to learn who won the match but to be fair for others who haven't watched it yet, I shall remain silent and see it for yourselves!

I may show some spoilers here and there but I will try my best to keep the results of each mission or episodes off this post.  I do apologize in advance if I do but I only do this because of my excitement of just spilling the beans.  So with that said, here's what happened in RM 172!

Thoughts: PRE Running Man 172

After seeing a site with preview pictures of the show and waiting for the english subbed version to be released tomorrow, I find myself smiling at the fact that Suzy of Miss A along with Ryu Hyun Jin will be involved in what looks like a three-way dodgeball and another timed race that involves holding a team members breath underwater.  I also saw that they'll have a cooking scene, not sure if it is a mission or just to get to know each other since Ryu Hyun Jin is joining them.  It looks fun to be part of Running Man however I don't think I can do that well.  I can be funny at times but then I lack the physical aspect of running around, chasing others to rip off their nametags or have the endurance to last that long.  Even a minute of running makes me out of breath.  I should exercise more and probably strengthen my knees since I did have a knee injury way back in 1999 (ACL related).  I did however manage to reduce my weight drastically and I guess I should maintain it for the better.

I love it how Running Man inspires me to keep going to live life to the fullest, before that I was just a boring person but now everytime I get with my friends and we have to do something that needs a push of motivation, we just gather up and shout "hwaiting" before doing what we have to do.  I'm not sure if I can share the pics I saw on the preview, but you can probably use google search to see what I saw (usually found on the first page of the results).

Thoughts: Running Man 171

With Korean baseball star, Ryu Hyun-jin, guiding Running Man members throughout the episode, it was fun to see how they would win each mission.  The first part was funny, where Ji Suk-jin couldn't handle the spinning role but with Kang Gary on the seat, the team managed to complete their hard mission.  The grilled beef mission was funny as heck when they would quickly eat up the beef after they failed to make a tower and the staff was witty enough to use another plate to cover the beef from being eaten again on their second failed attempt.  A big surprise when EXO came out later in the scene with a dance number and the traditional Running Man bell chase was chosen.  Running Man vs EXO was a cliffhanger where KJK and Kang Gary was immediately removed early on the first round and hopefully Running Man should win in eps 172.  I hope.  Also I have a feeling Ryu Hyun-jin will arrive on the second part to be with Running Man, with me cheering on when he comes face to face with Kim Jong-kook, and that is a big possibility since he always mention KJK several times during the show.

Thoughts: Running Man 170

I probably haven't blogged about my favorite shows that often but I find Running Man extremely entertaining to watch even though it just went thru it's 170th episode.  Guests were TOP (Bigbang), Kim Yoo-Jung, and Yoon Je-Moon.  An enjoyable watch this week as Ji Suk-Jin became the main star but didn't become the winner.  Je-Moon was really funny since he did play serious roles as an actor and his smile and laugh made me smirk while watching.  I don't want to give out too much spoilers as readers might not have watched it already.

All I can say is, Running Man!  Hwaiting!  I hope you last long since the entire main cast gives me my weekly abs and jaw exercises (laughing hard at most scenes/episodes).  I do hope they come to the Philippines although I may be going to other countries to see fan meets or something of the likes.  Special mention to Kang Gary, I like your style bro!  I guess he got the confidence and looks that keeps the Monday Couple strong.
